12/13/2018 - BTPD Arrests Commercial Burglar
BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – On Wednesday, December 12, 2018, the Burlington Township Police Department arrested Geraldo Caraballo, a 33 year old male from Burlington Township, NJ, for burglary and criminal mischief.
Caraballo’s arrest was the product of an investigation that began earlier that morning when officers responded to a report of an overnight burglary at Rino’s Pizzeria and Ristorante located at the intersection of Route 130 and Beverly Road. Upon arrival, the officers discovered that Caraballo forced entry through the front door of the restaurant, rummaged about and ultimately fled the scene without any proceeds. Caraballo was identified as the suspect via video surveillance footage, and he was ultimately arrested at his residence.
After his arrest, Caraballo was transported to the Burlington Township Police Department for processing. After processing, he was lodged in the Burlington County Jail.
