Graffiti Eradication Program

In its continuing efforts to preserve the quality of the community, the Burlington Township Police Department established a Graffiti Eradication Program.

Graffiti is defined as writing, drawing or symbols applied to any surface without the consent of the property owner, authorized agent or designate.

Graffiti is a serious crime that impacts all citizens. Properties can be devalued and business owners can lose customers from a negative image that graffiti projects. Moreover, the presence of graffiti can send the message that a neighborhood is in decline or crime-ridden with crime.

In Progress Graffiti calls.

If you see graffiti/vandalism in progress, dial 911. Do NOT approach those involved in what you believe to be criminal activity.

Pre-existing Graffiti

Anyone can report a graffiti location by emailing Sgt. A. Gittens. Please provide the address and location of the graffiti. Burlington Township Police will work with the homeowner, business and public entities to have it removed and restore the quality of the community.
