The Burlington Township Police web site is brought to you by the men and women of the Burlington Township Police Department. The Burlington Township Police Department provides superior law enforcement services to the citizens of Burlington Township by delivering police services and by building community partnerships.

Burlington Township Police Department was established in 1946 as a part time auxiliary force.  As a vital component of the Township of Burlington, the police department was given the authority to provide protection of persons and property, prevent crimes, preserve the peace, apprehend offenders, and investigate and resolve incidents effecting public safety.
